- 1/2 green bell pepper – diced
- 1 carrot -diced
- 1 yellow onion – diced
- 1 28 oz can of peeled & crushed tomatoes
- 1 TBL of dried thyme
- 1 TBL or dried oregano
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- 2 TBL of granulated sugar
