Baking Sourdough Dinner Rolls with a Bread Machine

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk (cool)
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1 tablespoon butter (chopped)
• 1 cup bubbly sourdough starter
• 2 cups bread flour ((depending on your starter, you may need more or less--start with 1 3/4 cup))
• 1 teaspoon instant or bread machine yeast
• 1 egg white
• 1 teaspoon water
