Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 2 cups uncooked pasta
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 lime, juiced
• 2 green onions, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
