• 1 small Red Onion thinly sliced
• 1 - Red Pepper deseeded, thinly sliced
• 400 g SuperValu Baby Potatoes very thinly sliced
• 50 ml SuperValu Cream
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf Chopped
