Checkerboard or Tea Sandwiches – Cook n' Share

Ingredients

• For the sandwich covering:
• 4 pieces of Brown bread
• 4 pieces of white bread
• For the tuna sandwich:
• 1 can drained tuna - about 220 grams
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 2 tbsp red Bell Peppers, chopped
• 2 tbsp onions, chopped
• 2 tbsp sweet green relish
• a pinch of salt in ground black pepper
• A squeeze of fresh lemon which is about an eighth of a teaspoon
• For the ham and cheese sandwich:
• 4 slices white bread
• 4 slices Brown bread
• 1/4 cup Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
• 4 slices cooked ham or deli ham
• 8 slices tomato of your choice
• For the Mayo Dijon dip:
• 1/4 cup Mail
• 1/2 tsp Dijon
• quarter teaspoon of horseradish
