• ½ a brick (113 g) Canadian cream cheese
• 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) fresh dill
• chopped
• ½ english cucumber
• very thinly sliced
• Ham and Cheddar Tea Sandwiches
• 2-4 slices (56-113 g) Canadian cheddar cheese
• 2-4 slices (22-88 g) black forest ham
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) mustard
