Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
• 1 small yellow onion, minced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 4 cups Gelson’s walnuts
• 1 cup Gelson’s shredded mozzarella
• 1 ½ cups Gelson’s shredded sharp cheddar
• 1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 large Gelson’s egg
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• Kosher salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
