Chocolate & Pecan Cookie Sandwiches | Bulla

Ingredients

• 150g butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup caster sugar
• 1 extra large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp bi-carbonate of soda
• 100g dark chocolate, chopped
• 40g pecans, finely chopped
• 2L Bulla Real Dairy Chocolate 2L, softened
• 250mL Bulla Thickened Cream
• 200g dark chocolate, chopped
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• Biscuits are best made in advance and stored in an airtight container.
