Ingredients

• For the Burger Patties:
• 2 pounds (900g) ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
• 2 teaspoons (12g) salt
• 1 teaspoon (5g) black pepper
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
• For the Special Sauce:
• 1/2 cup (120ml) mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) sweet pickle relish
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) ketchup
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
• For Assembly:
• 24 mini slider buns or dinner rolls, preferably with sesame seeds
• 12 slices American cheese, each cut into 4 squares (48 small pieces total)
• 1 cup (75g) finely shredded iceberg lettuce
• 24 dill pickle slices
• 1/4 cup (40g) finely diced white onion
• 2 tablespoons (30g) butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon (10g) sesame seeds (if buns don't have them)
