Super Swiss and Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 jar (2oz) pimiento
• 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
• 1 tsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
• 10 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
• 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup snipped parsley
• Assorted crackers
