• 8 ounces broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

• 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin
• 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
• 1 1/4 cups orzo
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced jarred hot Peppadew peppers
