Ingredients

• 1 butternut squash (approx. 1.5 kg)
• 1 medium onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 carrot
• 2 stalks celery
• 1 liter vegetable stock
• 200 ml fresh cream
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
