• 410g can meatballs in tomato sauce
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp plum sauce
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander
• 1 red pepper, finely chopped
• 2 x 400g cans spaghetti in tomato sauce
• 4 spring onions, shredded
• 1 small leek, sliced
• 1 tsp oil
