Ingredients

• 24 large shrimp, about 1½ pounds
• ½ pound mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons finely chopped shallots

• ¾ cup dry white wine or white wine vinegar
• ½ cup heavy cream
