Double Chocolate Zucchini Bundt | Foodtalk

Ingredients

• 1 c wheat flour
• 1/3 c white flour
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/2 c cocoa powder (natural, unsweetened)
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1-2 tsp instant coffee powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 c dark chocolate chips
• 1 overripe banana
• 1 small/medium zucchini - grated and slightly pressed
• 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
• 1/4 c oat milk (or plant milk)
• 2 tbsp oil (I use coconut)
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
