Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
• 3 slices bread, crumbled
• Half an onion, chopped
• ¼ cup shredded raw carrot
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1-1/2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef
• ¼ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
