- 6 Braeburn apples, stewed
- ½ cup sultanas or raisins
- 1 cup Edmonds Flour
- 1 teaspoon Edmonds Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 100g chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, lightly toasted, optional
- Meadow Fresh yoghurt, to serve
