• 1 small onion, diced

• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

• 1 cup of tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup of Cacique® Crema Mexicana
• 1/4 cup of Cacique® Queso Fresco, crumbled
• 1 teaspoon of chopped cilantro
