Ingredients

• 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
• 6 large eggs
• 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
• 6 to 8 pieces semi-dried tomato
• 4 to 6 white mushrooms, sliced
• 2 to 3 slices smoked ham
• 4 to 6 slices salami
• 2 to 3 sprigs fresh basil, oregano or thyme
• 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
• unsalted butter, for greasing the dish
