Ingredients

• 1 cup castor sugar
• 1 cups oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 and ½ to 2 cups flour
• 2 cups grated carrot
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¾ cup pecan nuts- chopped
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 2 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ cup sesame seeds
• ¼ cup almonds
