- 1 cup sugar

- ¾ cup pecan nuts chopped
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and ½ cup flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon bicarb
- ¼ cup water
- 3 eggs
