So, it's Thanksgiving morning and you just realized you don't have any organic candied yams on hand. What's a cook supposed to do? Make my homemade ones!!
Ingredients
- 3 lb yams or sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c Brown Sugar
- 3/4 c white sugar
- 3/4 c salted sweet cream butter
- 4 T sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 t Cinnamon
- 1 Package mini marshmallows or streusel for topping (Optional)
