Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice
• 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 teaspoon garlic & rosemary spice
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 egg 🥚
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 🌿
• 2 tablespoon chana flour
• ½ cup crushed Kornflakes (optional)
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon peri peri sauce
