Ingredients

• 1 small onion
• 600g lean minced lamb, reduced fat if possible
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• Salt and pepper
• 70g plain flour
• 50ml plain natural yoghurt
• 100ml plain yoghurt
• 1/4 cucumber
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• A handful of mint leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp olive oil
