Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 yellow onions cut in julienne
- 1 cup beer of your choice
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Some Like It Hot Mustard ( sub any deli style mustard)
