• 1/3 cup evaporated milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

• 1/2 cup oil (canola or vegetable)
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup butter , softened
• 3 - 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/3 cup cocoa
