• 10 c cubed day-old bread - 1 to 1 ½ loaves of bakery bread or baguettes
• 8 eggs, beaten well
• 2 c milk, whatever type you like
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Topping: 2 Tbs sugar (white, raw, maple, whatever you like) ½ tsp cinnamon
• 2 Tbs sugar (white, raw, maple, whatever you like)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 9x13 baking dish, or a 2 quart casserole dish if you cut this recipe in half
