Great Canadian Bacon Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 5 large russet potatoes
• 85 grams crumbled bacon
• 1 cup of garden chives, chopped
• 3 celery stalk, diced
• 3 eggs, diced
• GREAT CANADIAN SALAD DRESSING
• 2 cups of Hellmann's Mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 2 tbsp liquid mustard
• 3 tbsp wet Italian dressing
• 1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp celery seeds
• 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
• Salt to taste
