• 270g Hakubaku Organic Ramen noodles
• 4 long red chillis, deseeded and finely sliced
• 2 tbsp ginger, minced
• 2 stalks lemongrass, finely sliced
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 600g chicken breast fillets, halved into thinner slices
• 400g green beans, steamed
• 1 bunch each mint and coriander, torn
