- For the bobas & syrup:
- ¼ cup water
- 2 ½ tablespoons Splenda® Stevia Sweetener Jar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup bobas
- For the tea:
- 4 bags Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea
- 16 ounces (2 cups) boiling water
- ¼ cup fat free half-and-half
- 2 cups ice
