- 1 (56-ounce/1.65-liter) container parve vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pint (473 milliliters) passionfruit sorbet
- 1 pint (473 milliters) raspberry sorbet
- 1 pint blueberries, or 1 (12-ounce/340-gram) bag frozen blueberries
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Almond Extract
- 2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup (or substitute 1 additional tablespoon sugar)
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
