• 1 Cup of rice
• 1 teaspoon Tumeric powder
• 4-5 Saffron threads
• 1 teaspoon Egg yellow food colouring
• 1 teaspoon Coconut oil
• 2tbs Butter
• 1 Small Onion, diced
• 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
• 2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Smoked Red Chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
