• 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• ½ tsp ginger paste
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 zucchini
• 40 g dried noodles
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• sesame seeds to garnish
