• 12 Oz Mac partially cooked & drained
• 8 Oz Smoked Gouda
• 8 Oz Smoked Guyere
• 8 Oz Extreme Jalapeño
• 1 Cup Milnot
• 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
• 2 Jalapeños ,diced
• 4-6 sliced cooked bacon, diced
• 1/4 Butter
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 Tsp Salt ( or more to taste)
• 1 Tsp Pepper
• 1/2 to 1 tsp smoked pepper(ask OkieSpice)
• 1 tsp dry mustard
