• 2 (2 oz (57 g)) square unsweetened chocolate
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) light corn syrup
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter , cut into thin slices
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
