• 1 pound Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage , casings removed 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2/3 cup dry white wine
• 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced peeled tomatoes with juices
• 1 cup fresh or frozen chopped spinach
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 6 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
• 1 tablespoon dry oregeno
• 1 pound penne pasta
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
