Ingredients: 1 small head of iceberg lettuce chopped; 1 cup peas ( frozen); 4 hard boiled eggs chopped; 1/2 cup scallions; 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved; 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 cup mayo; 1 cup sour cream; 2 tablespoons sugar; Salt and pepper to taste

This delicious and simple salad makes a wonderful side dish for our family gatherings. I made it for a Sunday football game party and everyone ranted and raved about it and wanted the recipe.
