Ingredients
- 2 sweet onions, halved then thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 4 shish taouk chicken breasts by Exceldor
- 300 g Pacific Rock cheese by Alexis de Portneuf, grated
