• 1 Onion
• 1 lb Mushrooms
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 1 ½ cups Beef Broth
• ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 2/3 cup Sour Cream
• ¼ cup Cream Cheese
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Green Onion or Chives
• Salt and Pepper
