• ROYAL ICING:
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons water
• 4-1/2 teaspoons meringue powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 4 to 6 drops food coloring, optional
• DOME:
• 1 package (7 ounces) clear isomalt nibs
• BUTTERCREAM :
• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 3 tablespoons 2% milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• DECORATIONS:
• Assorted sprinkles, nonpareils and icing decorations
