Ingredients

• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp olive oil

• Metal or wooden skewers
• 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
• 1 tsp sumac
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
