• 100g Mushrooms, chopped
• 1 x Yellow pepper, diced
• 250g Passata
• 1 x Tin of chopped tomatoes
• 1 x Tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 x Tsp sweetener
• 300g Rigatoni
• 60g Red Leicester, grated
• 60g Cheddar, grated
