CREAMY CHOC PEANUT BUTTER CAKE | Tropeaka

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanuts
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut
• 2 Medjool dates, pitted
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
• 1/2 cup coconut cream (white solid parts of a chilled can of full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream)
• 2 heaping tbsp natural peanut butter
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 1 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder (adjust if you want a thinner/thicker sauce)
