Chocolate and Zenzero Fabbri pralines

Ingredients

• Zenzero Fabbri
• Chocolate (dark, milk or white)
• Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie over a small saucepan, stirring constantly.
• Place the empty petit four cases on a tray or plate and fill them with a nugget of Zenzero Fabbri.
• Pour in the melted chocolate until the nugget is coated. Place the tray in the fridge and leave to solidify. Remove from the fridge ... the chocolates are ready!
