Ingredients

• 1 boneless ribeye or sirloin steak (250-300g)
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
• 1/2 cup cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 medium potatoes, skin on, chopped
• 1 tbsp butter (for potatoes)
• 1/2-2 tbsp milk or cream
• Salt, pepper
• Chopped chives or parsley (optional)
