- 1 (5-6 lbs.) Fowl
- 3 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1/2 tablespoon of ground turmeric
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 3/4 head of garlic
- 1 large hot pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke
- Salt to taste
- 1 pot spoon of oil
