Ingredients

• 6 oz Light 'n Fluffy ® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 cups (about 8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
• 1 each garlic clove, minced
• 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
• 3 Tbsps all purpose flour, divided
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 1/4 cups beef broth
• 6 Tbsps reduced fat sour cream
• 1 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 Tbsps flat leaf parsley, chopped
