• 1 stalk celery, diced

• 1/2 turnip, diced
• 3 parsnips, diced
• 1 lb of radishes, halved
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 10 mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup flour
