• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cherry oil flavoring
• 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
• 1 pound dipping chocolate
• 1 8 ounce bag (2 cups) Diamond of California® chopped pecans, finely chopped
