Peach and blackberry tart recipe

Ingredients

• 200 g oat flour
• 100 g plain flour, plus more for dusting
• 90 g natural brown sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
• 120 g butter, cut into small cubes and chilled
• 6 peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into wedges
• 150 g blackberries
• 40 g rolled oats
